To explain how this works:

a “postcode” is the postcode which is, or has been, allocated by Royal Mail to a group of addresses in a certain location, usually in the same street or block;

A “postal district” is the first half of the postcode, the letters and numbers which appear before the space; and
a “postcode sector” is the postal district plus the first number occurring after the space. For example, in the postcode NG4 2LA, “NG4” is the postal district and “NG4 2” is the postcode sector.

Total prize allocation shall be shared equally amongst each Ticket Number in the winning postcode, subject to the legal limits stated above and below.

Address Lottery accepts no liability for prizes lost as a result of you not complying with the above process. In circumstances where Royal Mail introduces or replaces a postcode, the original postcode remains valid for the purposes of these terms, so you are responsible for notifying Address Lottery if you wish to play with the “new” postcode, as opposed to the “old” postcode, as the ticket Number cannot cover both postcodes. This means a situation may arise where some players in a street are playing with the “old” postcode whilst others are playing with the “new” postcode. If the “new” postcode is selected in a draw, the players with the “new” postcode in their ticket number would be winners in that draw and those with the “old” postcode in their ticket number would not (unless the “old” postcode had also been drawn), and vice versa.

Whose main residence is in the uk and who do not appear on the consolidated list of financial sanctions targets in the UK published by HM Treasury. Such persons must have a payment method which can be used to make payments on a recurrent basis and which is stated on the website to be an acceptable method of payment. If a card or other payment method expires or is no longer valid for another reason, the player must cancel and re set their payment method back up.

Prize amounts payable in shared prizes will be rounded down to the nearest whole pound sterling. For example, £911.46 would be rounded down to £911.00.

Players may cancel their subscription at any time by phoning their payment/bank provider or log into your account and cancel the subscription, who will advise you of the cancellation process.

Announcements of the winning postcodes determined by these draws are made on the Address Lottery website.www.addresslottery.co.uk. The website sets out the charity information.

In circumstances where the account from which the payments are collected is a joint account, the 1 (one) person who signed up with
